A simple recap how we got to 2̶6̶0̶  ̶2̶8̶7̶ 317 cases today. 

a) Crowded, confined and close spaces in detention centers meant migrants and staff could not practice social distancing and other Covid-19 prevention measures. 

b) Some idiot politicians thought it is bold to initiate a coup which led to a state election even though cases in Sabah were already on the rise. 

c) Double standards from the Health Ministry. Politicians, ministers were not ordered to force quarantine even though a voluntary house quarantine has been proven ineffective. Targeted Movement Control Order only announced after the election was over because campaigning is more important than human lives. 

Do we deserve this? No. But who will suffer the most if there is another Movement Control Order? Us, never the politicians. Not the politicians who never bothered about the conditions of the detention centers; definitely not the politicians who put money, titles, ministry posts over the people, the rakyat marhaen, the B40s, the marginalised. 

Fingers crossed we won't need another MCO because of these irresponsible politicians.
